Data Protection Electronic Complaints Form - DUUA Rights
At Eastway Primary School, we take your data privacy very seriously. In line with the Data (Use and Access) Act (DUUA) and UK GDPR, you have the right to challenge how your personal information is used or protected, or submit a formal data-related complaint.
To make this process as straightforward as possible, we have introduced a new electronic reporting system.
How do I submit a request? Click the secure link below to launch the digital form. Provide as much detail as possible to help our team investigate your concern efficiently.

What happens next?
-
You will receive an automated confirmation email that your complaint has been logged.
-
Our Data Protection team will investigate the inquiry.
-
A formal report and response will be delivered to you within 30 days.
Please note: Once submitted, our data compliance team will review your request and provide a formal response within 30 days*. The School may not be able to respond to requests received during or just before school closure periods within the one calendar month response period. This is because no one will be on site to comply with the request. As a result, it is unlikely that your request will be able to be dealt with during this time. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint but may not be able to deal with it until the School re-opens. The School will endeavour to comply with requests as soon as possible and will keep in communication with you as far as possible. If your request is urgent, please provide your request during term times and not during/close to closure periods.
