Our first half term focuses on settling your children into Reception life, encouraging independence and confidence! We jump straight into our learning with this half term's theme, 'Sizzling Stories'. We will explore transition, growing and classic stories.
Daily requirements:
- Coat, no matter the weather
- Water bottle, clearly labelled
- Uniform, labelled to reduce lost items
We would always advise providing a bag of spare clothes for your child, they do not need to be school uniform. The clothes can stay in school on the child's peg. As Reception is hands on learning, there are times when children may get wet/dirty and we want your child to feel as comfortable as possible when in our care!
