ADMISSIONS POLICY FOR LOCAL AUTHORITY SEN RESOURCE BASES

Pupils are admitted to the Local Authority SEN resource bases as a result of the EHCP process operated by the Local Authority. This procedure reflects the requirements of the ‘Code of Practice’ for Special Educational Needs pupils. Eastway does not offer places in the bases and being a mainstream pupil at Eastway does not give your child access to Resource Base provision. For further information on SEN Resource Base Provision, please contact your EHCP coordinator.
